1. Who We Are
This website is operated by AddIntell e.U., Fidelhof 3, 93128 Regenstauf, Germany. We are the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For full contact details, see our Legal Notice.
We take data protection seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
2. What Data We Collect
Server access logs
When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits certain data to our web server. This includes your IP address, the pages you visited, your browser type, and the date and time of access. This data is stored temporarily in server logs for security and technical purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Contact and booking inquiries
If you contact us via email or book a discovery call through our scheduling tool (Calendly), we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and any details you include in your message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver our services. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract.
Cookies
This website uses a single essential cookie to store your cookie consent preference (stored in your browser's local storage, not transmitted to our servers). We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested before any such tools load.
3. Third-Party Processors
Calendly (scheduling)
When you book a discovery call, you are redirected to or interact with a Calendly booking widget operated by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. Calendly processes your booking data (name, email, selected time) in the USA under their own Privacy Policy. Data transfer to the USA is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. We encourage you to review Calendly's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic (AI processing)
Our service uses Anthropic PBC's AI models to process queries from our clients' systems. Client data is sent to Anthropic's API over encrypted connections. Anthropic does not use customer data to train its models and does not retain it beyond the immediate query. This processor relationship applies to our clients — not to visitors of this website. More information: Anthropic Privacy Policy.
Netlify (web hosting)
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When you visit this website, Netlify processes your IP address and other technical access data as part of its standard CDN and hosting infrastructure. Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. This transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. More information: Netlify Privacy Policy.
4. How Long We Retain Your Data
- Server access logs: deleted after 7 days
- Contact and booking inquiries: retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 3 years, or as required by applicable law (e.g. invoice retention obligations under German tax law: 10 years)
- Cookie consent preference: stored in your browser until you clear it or it expires
5. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17)
